Living Out East Magazine’s 30,000 circulation has not been arrived at haphazardly. Approximately 80% of our circulation is in Manatee County and 20% is in Sarasota County. It is a precision targeted monthly distribution system based on careful study of the market and consumer preferences right here out east rather than in New York, Longboat Key or Silicon Valley. It is designed to do one thing and do it well: reach the exact residents, visitors and snowbirds you want to target.

It works by creating a precision triad of 20,000 copies mailed directly to the right affluent households, distributing 5,000 copies by courier to carefully-chosen businesses, offices and high-traffic locations to reach visitors (and reinforce our mailed copies) and distributing another 5,000 copies by carrier to communities where carrier distribution enhances penetration.

Each component reinforces the others. Together, they target precisely the right consumers to bring your advertising message on target month after month.

  • The combined lifestyle and health magazine is mailed to 20,000 of the most affluent households in the region. The 20,000 includes the area east of I-75 from Bee Ridge Road north to the Ellenton and Parrish areas and west of I-75. Among the great communities served are Laurel Oak, The Founders Club, the Concession, Panther Ridge, Lakewood Ranch, River Wilderness, Palm Aire and University Park Country Club.
  • We also home-deliver another 5,000 copies to homes in communities that include Waterlefe, Tara and Creekwood.
  • An additional 5,000 copies are delivered by courier to high-traffic hotels, businesses and offices out east and in downtown Sarasota and Bradenton in order to capture the snowbirds, visitors and the business community.

Out east is a very affluent area. Based on the latest figures available, the household income is well over $100,000 in major out east communities like Lakewood Ranch, University Park Country Club, The FOunders Club and Laurel Oak..
